Maintenance & Support

It is critical that the owner establish a competent Maintenance and Operations department to insure the effective and proper operation and usage of his new aircraft support systems. “Warranty” is not Maintenance and Operation.  Avicorp makes staff available on an as needed, or long-term contract, basis. The team provides emergency, as well as scheduled periodic maintenance requirements. For larger systems, a full 24/7 team approach is established. Not only do they provide all the maintenance and support requirements, but staff can be assigned to service the aircraft needs with respect to PBB dicking, 400 Hz and PCAir connection, as well as potable water and sanitary lavatory service from aircraft service pits.

Our service teams can collaborate in the repair through online access established over Wi-Fi or cellular data. Attention is paid to meeting the criteria for site security protocols. All staff have met rigorous background checks and satisfy the criteria set by the US and Host Military Security forces, as well as commercial airport security requirements

A deep basic knowledge of refrigeration, and familiarity with the PCAir units installed in the region, allow Avicorp to service the equipment, Vacuum pumps, refrigerant recovery, stocks of refrigerant all aid in the service. More often the problems are not highly technical. Our trained electricians find power and control problems. Simple failures such as PCAir hoses and adapters can be either repaired or replaced on the spot.
